HOPE WARRIORS – YOUTH LEADERS TAKING CHARGE
The #us4us concert takes place annually but there are ongoing initiatives throughout the year that cultivate and support the artists taking part. These include coaching for the school choir by a choirmaster via online masterclasses, and lyric writing workshops for singers and songwriters designed to promote the creation of original material and music. They also include art facilitation, which comprises established and experienced individuals in different musical fields (rappers, drummers, vocalists, etc) coaching amateurs and newcomers to hone their skills, and new talent acquisition, whereby promising talent is identified by panellists via an audition process. The participants in these auditions then go on to take part in weekly live-streamed concerts that ultimately culminate in a live concert.
