PACT is an NGO that has built two social enterprises, ONS and the Showroom Theatre, converting accredited training directly into employment and income. Trainees progress through three live operating units, the PACT Hospitality Academy, ONS, and the Showroom Theatre, each a functioning business delivering paid, market-ready work experience and reinvesting revenue locally.
PACT’s flagship. In partnership with the Franschhoek Hospitality Academy, PACTHA brings premium, accredited hospitality training to Karoo youth from its Prince Albert campus, the springboard into every other pathway on this page. Academy students also learn in the garden, from soil to plate.
